What we actually control

The support, the setup documentation, the refund policy, the pricing, and how straight we are with you. Those are the things we compete on and the things you can hold us to.

What we do not control

The channel lineup, whether a particular fixture is carried, regional licensing, and the upstream infrastructure. When one of those changes it changes for us too, usually without notice. We will tell you when that is the answer rather than inventing a better one.

It is also why we do not publish an uptime percentage. We are not in a position to measure one honestly, and a number we cannot stand behind is worse than no number at all.

Clear information before you subscribe

We publish clear pricing, explain what each connection tier means and show which devices are supported. If a particular channel, country or sports competition matters to you, check it with us before subscribing because availability can change by region.

The service currently includes 20,000+ live channels and 40,000+ on-demand titles across sports, movies, series, news, family and international categories. Channel availability, catalog size and stream quality vary by region and change over time.
