Questions about pricing
Does the subscription renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the term you choose and it simply ends. There is no stored card and nothing to cancel.
What does the device limit actually mean?
It is the number of streams that can run at the same time, not the number of devices you may install on. You can set the app up on the TV, the tablet and the phone; the limit applies to how many are watching at once.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged directly in the WhatsApp conversation after you choose a plan. We confirm the details with you before anything is charged.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Message us and we will work out the difference. There is no penalty for moving up to a longer term.
