Our position
Kemo IPTV does not host, upload or store the content carried by the service.
Where we receive a valid notice about content reachable through the service, we pass it upstream and act on what is within our control.
Submitting a notice
A notice should identify the copyrighted work, identify the material complained of specifically enough for it to be located, give your contact details, and include a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised and that the information in the notice is accurate.
Send it to us via the contact page and mark it clearly as a copyright notice so it is not treated as a support message.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact details and a statement of your good-faith belief that the removal was mistaken.
