Three things: the device you want to watch on, a player app, and the username, password and server URL we send you after you subscribe. There is no hardware to buy and nothing to install in the wall.

The player app differs by device, which is why these are separate guides rather than one page. Start with the guide for your hardware, then use a player-specific guide when you want exact TiviMate, Smarters Pro or IBO Player instructions.

For a reliable picture, a wired connection beats Wi-Fi on anything that sits near the router. As a working guide, allow around 10 Mbps per HD stream and 25 Mbps per 4K stream. If something is already misbehaving, the troubleshooting page is the better starting point.
